It is fundamental that the insurance policy is specific for participation in Trade Shows and Exhibitions. Furthermore, as the Exhibitor Insurance is the only 'all risks' insurance in the market... it is important that the contracted insurance has the following coverages: Event General Liability, Assembly and Disassembly Liability, Cross Liability, Damages to Venue and Contents Liability, Project Error Liability, Employer's Liability, Structural Collapse, Image Restitution, Emergency Actions, Moral Damages, and Defense Expenses. These coverages must meet the minimum indemnity capital requirements demanded in the Essential Plan. Additionally, the insurance must contain Collective Personal Accident coverage for Staff and Public. Finally, along with the insurance policy, the payment receipt must be presented.
